Appointment for 1 and 2 year olds

.Perron 07 is a centre for children between the ages of 0 to 4 years old. One of Perron’s special features is that we have 5 distinct ‘year groups’. Children of similar ages are in fixed groups / perrons together. This allows us to offer them the space, materials and provision that very precisely matches their level and interest! We do not have to mediate between what a 1-year-old cannot yet do, but a 3-year-old has long mastered, so no: “watch out” or “that’s not allowed”! Every 8 to 9 months, the children move up to the next perron and their world within Perron continues to expand. That way it remains exciting and fascinating.

At Perron 07, the 2-year-olds move up to the first floor where new, additional spaces besides their own perron offer new possibilities: an atelier, a water play area…

It is also a new step for the Perron children in a literal sense. They began on the ground floor and will now be ascending the steps of our grand staircase each day to get to the first floor… This transition time is also a good opportunity for children from outside to start at Perron. They will be able to join them for another two years, going through three different perrons. First perron 2, 3 and finally perron 4, our oldest group all the way up in our large attic.

As our toddler group consists of 10 children and our first 2-year-old group of 14 children, we have more room in the older groups for new children to join them. This is why we have the opportunity to offer new children over 2 years of age a place at Perron!
